1.Scope ofapplication
It is used to transmit and distribute power on the power lineof A.C.rated voltage 0.6/1kv.

Executive standard:GB/T12706.1(equal to the standardofIEC60502)
3.Working Condition
Long-term working temperature allowed by cable conductorshall be no more than 70°C.
Max. temperature of cable conductor shall be no more than160'C during short circuit (the longest lasting time shall be nomore than 5 seconds).
Environment temperature for installation shall be no less than 0°C
4.Type,Description and Application occasion

Note:
1: We also produce flame-retardant fire resistant type power cable according to the requirement of the customer, Prefix “ZR'should be added to the original type of cable in ordering flame retardant cable; prefix “NH”for fire resistant cable.
2: We also produce VV32,VLV32 type steel wire armored power cable according to the requirement of the customer. Magnetism-separated measure shall be adopted by single core steel wire armored cable.
5.Production Scope

Note:
1: We also produce cable with five cores according to the requirement of the customer.
2: Non-magnetic metal tape wrapping should be adopted as armored layer for single core armored cable for A.C. system
6.Main Technical parameter of cable
Max value of conductor DC resistance shall meet the requirementof conductor of category 2 stipulated in GB/T3956 standard at 20CFor single core cable without shielding, voltage test of 3.5kV underpower frequency is put on for 5 minutes between conductor andwater when be immersed in the water for one hour. For multi-core cable. between each insulated conductor and otherconductor, voltage test of 3.5kV under power frequency is puton for 5 minutes without puncture of insulation.

To be laid in the air
Center distance for laying single core cable in parallel:185mm or lower: 2 times that of cable diameter:240mm2 or higher: 90mm
Max working temperature of conductive core is 70C; Environmenttemperature is 30C.

1, Center distance shall be 2 times that of cable diameter for contactless installation of single core cable2、 Max working temperature of conductive core is 70C; Soil temperature is 25C.3、Heat-resistant coefficient of soil is 1.0C.m/w; Depth of direct burying is 0.8m.
